This new parish center is located south of the existing Rectory and Church, and includes assembly hall, kitchen, restrooms, four classrooms (with operable separation walls), and support areas. Work also included exterior and interior planning to coordinate with pre-engineered assembly hall structural system, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and civil design (all furnished by others).
The main building is steel framed, with metal siding and roofing; the low-bay portions have pre-engineered wood truss supported by steel studs, with lower portion of the building clad with split-faced concrete masonry veneer.
Rev. Terry Cassidy, Sr. Judith Ann, the Building Committee, Finance Committee, and the St. Ann Pastoral Council authorized the project (with approval of the Diocese of Peoria), determined the needs of the Parish, and have been the driving force behind this project - all funded through voluntary pledges from parish members and friends.
