Bradley - Constance Hall

This 1930 former-dormitory is the headquarters of the Music Department Dean’s and faculty offices, classrooms, and rehearsal rooms.

It has been completely remodeled with heating and air conditioning systems, window replacement, data and communications wiring, as well as a 4,000 square feet addition. The new hydraulic elevator provides ADA and piano-moving access to all four floors, allowing the original attic storage to be upgraded into a large rehearsal classroom.
