Liberty Building project included multiple phases of construction and planning, including:

Interior / Exterior Renovation of all public areas and coordination of services to leased areas.

Sidewalk replacement with participation of the City of Peoria, including opening up the basement to a new Terrace.

The addition of windows to the third and fourth floors, as well as fifth floor dormers, and a sloped glazed conference room facing the river.
