Converse Marketing Services

Work on this project included conversion of an existing 1870’s second empire mansion into offices for a marketing fi rm. Consulting on tax incentives for historic preservation was also completed. An interior indirect lighting scheme was developed to maximize light and reduce glare. Exterior design and renovation, as well as an elevator study for the property were completed.
