Peoria City Hall

Restoration and renovation projects for Peoria City Hall have included remodeling of the City Inspections and City Planning Departments, a window replacement for energy conservation, a complete sandstone restoration of all exterior surfaces, replacement of the copper dome on the bell tower, installation of new heating and air conditioning unit tied into the adjoining Civic Center for economy and use, installation of an elevator to meet ADA requirements, conversion of lavatories to meet ADA requirements, renovating the City Council Chambers, renvation of the lighting system, expansion of the City Clerk's Office.
