Illinois School for the Deaf

The renovation of the Administration Building included exterior renovation of brick and limestone masonry and roofing, reconstruction of 197 windows, and restoration of the main lobby and administrative offices to their original 1880’s style. Life Safety Work included ADA compliance, new fi re suppression sprinkler, alarm, and detection systems and elevator upgrade. Work also includes Heating and Air Conditioning and Electrical, with data and communications network.
